What you will do
- Review invoices, create credit memos, and resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
- Research and respond to customer credit card disputes and maintain detailed interaction logs.
- Create, review, and apply incoming payments and process credit applications for invoicing.
- Manage account disconnections and update customer account information.
- Support the internal ticketing system and collaborate with other departments to settle discrepancies.
- Participate in Billing System configuration as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in customer service roles and call center environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional Excel skills and general computer literacy.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping background.
- Ability to align working hours with a team based in Arizona, USA.

- Prior experience specifically in Billing or a customer-facing role.
