What you will do

• Review invoices, create credit memos, and resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
• Research and respond to customer credit card disputes and maintain detailed interaction logs.
• Create, review, and apply incoming payments and process credit applications for invoicing.
• Manage account disconnections and update customer account information.
• Support the internal ticketing system and collaborate with other departments to settle discrepancies.
• Participate in Billing System configuration as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service roles and call center environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping background.
• Ability to align working hours with a team based in Arizona, USA.
