What you will do

• Maintain fixed assets master data including additions, transfers, and disposals.
• Manage and update the useful life records of fixed assets.
• Generate and analyze fixed assets listing reports.
• Collaborate with the broader Finance department on transactional tasks.
• Ensure all activities align with internal guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Student in the last 2 semesters of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100% proficiency required.
• Expertise in Excel including databases, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Customer service oriented and self-motivated mindset.
