What you will do

• Clinically review and prescribe CBMPs for patients with complex medical histories.
• Manage a complex patient caseload to substantially improve quality of life.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the dispensary team.
• Contribute to the education of patients and staff regarding treatments.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in strict accordance with GPhC standards.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification.
• At least two years of professional prescribing experience.
• Proven experience working within a clinical setting.
• Ability to work at pace in an evolving environment with limited process clarity.
• Genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes.
