What you will do

• Develop and maintain hirify.global's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for marketing, PR, events, partner presentations, and B2B communications.
• Set and uphold design standards across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
• Contribute to campaign concepting and visual storytelling.
• Coordinate external contractors and agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional brand design experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong portfolio featuring comprehensive brand identity work.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience at early-stage startups building brands from scratch.
• Experience with robotics, automotive, or hardware products.
• 3D skills for creating visually compelling content.
