Senior Brand Designer (Robotics)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain hirify.global's visual identity, including brand guidelines and practical applications.
• Design materials for marketing, PR, events, partner presentations, and B2B communications.
• Set and uphold design standards across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
• Contribute to campaign concepts and visual storytelling for technically complex products.
• Coordinate external contractors and agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional brand design experience in a commercial environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive brand identity work.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in typography, visual systems, conceptual thinking, and storytelling.
• Strong written and spoken English; authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building or rebuilding brands at early-stage startups.
• Experience with technically complex products such as robotics, automotive, or hardware.
• 3D skills for creating dynamic and visually compelling content.
