What you will do

• Supervise Accounts Payable and Payments, including invoice processing, accruals, and vendor master controls.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Customer Cash Application to ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Lead and develop the transactional accounting team, prioritizing workload and providing performance feedback.
• Execute general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate local tax compliance and indirect tax application within the ERP system.
• Prepare financial reporting packages according to U.S. GAAP and perform variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger ownership.
• Prior experience supervising accounting or transactional finance teams.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls (SOX).
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.

• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
