Accounting Specialist

TL;DR

What you will do

• Prepare and reconcile billing reports (AP and AR).
• Manage sales team enquiries and maintain advertiser/publisher master data.
• Follow up on overdue receivables/collections and initiate publisher payment runs.
• Execute revenue, accrual, and intercompany postings during the month-end close.
• Provide inputs for weekly cash flow planning.
• Undertake and lead automation projects (with supervision).

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Accounting (AP and/or AR).
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Workday, Blackline).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and navigate through large datasets.
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in automation projects.
