What you will do
- Own and drive the product vision, annual planning, and multi-year roadmap for digital service tools.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept definition and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Act as the commercial and functional product lead, ensuring alignment with field service and business requirements.
- Prioritize product development projects in collaboration with R&D and agile development teams.
- Execute product launch and rollout plans, including training and go-to-market enablement.
- Translate regional and customer feedback into actionable product requirements and backlog priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product or project management within a digital, technical, or industrial environment.
- Proven track record in defining and executing product vision and roadmaps.
- Experience leading product development projects and managing post-launch support.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, software-enabled solutions, or service-related technologies.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid mode from Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland.
