What you will do

• Design and implement flexible gameplay systems for an open-world multiplayer game.
• Collaborate with game designers to prototype and iterate on various game mechanics.
• Build data-driven systems that are easily configurable and testable by designers and modders.
• Test, debug, and optimize code to ensure high quality standards.
• Maintain code quality through mentoring, collaboration, and code reviews.
• Work within cross-functional teams to design and implement core game features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of game development experience, with at least 4 years focused on gameplay.
• 4+ years of experience using Unity3D.
• Proficiency in C#, OOP, and design patterns.
• Expertise in gameplay mechanics such as 3C, AI, or open-world mechanics.
• Experience shipping at least one game on PC and/or consoles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
