What you will do

• Develop gameplay features and functionalities for a AAA mobile shooter using Unreal Engine.
• Write structured, maintainable, and high-performance code following established team standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and profiling to ensure optimal game performance and stability.
• Collaborate with designers and testers to iterate on gameplay and player experience.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++, Lua, and Python.
• Experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) or similar game engines/frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, Git, or Swarm.
• Must be based in or able to work from offices in Da Nang, Bucharest, or Montreal.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in collaborative team environments on game projects.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or French.
• Proactive approach to feedback and strong cross-discipline communication skills.
