What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and release of software for robotic devices.
• Define robotic needs for business units and provide technical leadership for complex software solutions.
• Participate in test review, analysis, and certification processes for robotics software.
• Consult on integration issues between robotic software and existing infrastructure components.
• Apply new technologies to enhance the capability of the robotics software portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Strong experience in software product design and architecture for complex products.
• Proven expertise in C++ for the development of complex software solutions.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Experience with functional safety or SOTIF.
• Must be based in or relocate to Mossville, IL.

Nice to have

• Development experience with Radars or Camera systems.
• Experience supporting Robotics or Autonomous Vehicles.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
