What you will do

• Build full-stack web applications for monitoring cluster health, job failures, and usable capacity in real time.
• Develop scalable backend services to process high-volume cluster and workload data with low latency and high reliability.
• Design APIs and visualizations to simplify the inspection of large-scale scheduling, resource allocation, and cluster behavior.
• Collaborate with researchers and infrastructure teams to identify and solve high-leverage operational problems.
• Create intuitive frontend workflows that connect users to underlying compute, storage, and scheduling systems.
• Improve the reliability, performance, and security of systems used to operate frontier compute.

Requirements

• Significant experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Expertise in backend technologies such as Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience building high-performance web applications for complex distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed data systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application deployment.
• Understanding of AI/ML workload scheduling and orchestration challenges.
• Experience with real-time data processing, visualization libraries, and observability tooling.
