What you will do

• Design and build high-performance, secure UI and APIs for AI-driven applications.
• Develop and manage diverse database schemas including SQL, NoSQL, and Vector DBs.
• Drive implementation of full-stack services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and optimize system bottlenecks for large-scale workloads.
• Leverage AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices for production-grade deployments.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and scientists to integrate infrastructure into scientific workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong backend development skills.
• Full stack experience with React, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with scientific and product teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to laboratory software for life or material sciences.
• Experience with lab automation, robotics, or hardware drivers.
• Knowledge of orchestration platforms like Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
