Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure and optimize Dayforce modules, specifically focusing on Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
• Design and maintain custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval processes.
• Lead the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration implementation and streamline applicant tracking and onboarding workflows.
• Build and deliver workforce reports and dashboards using Dayforce, Excel, and Power BI.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Develop process documentation and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS system administration experience within a global company.
• Hands-on expertise in Dayforce Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules.
• Proven experience with custom XML forms and workflow design within Dayforce.
• Working knowledge of integrations including APIs, FTP, and webhooks.
• Experience with ATS platforms, with Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Must be based in an approved US state; this position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, or SFDC.
• Proficiency in SQL.
