TL;DR
Learning & Development Intern (AI): Building and launching Spendesk’s company-wide learning programmes, interactive content, and AI-powered learning experiences with an accent on learning platform management, instructional design, and practical AI applications. Focus on creating coaching agents, gamified learning formats, finance and product academies, and measurable learning journeys for 300 employees.
Location: Paris, France. Flexible on-site policy with 4 remote days per month and 3 full remote weeks per year.

What you will do
- Manage the 360Learning platform, including users, groups, learning paths, enrolments, reminders, completion tracking, and dashboards.
- Design engaging learning modules, practical guides, templates, quizzes, videos, scenarios, and checklists.
- Build AI agents, gamified learning experiences, mini websites, quizzes, and interactive onboarding journeys.
- Develop ’s finance and product academy with Product and Finance experts and a freelance trainer.
- Support training programmes through scheduling, invitations, logistics, surveys, insights, and internal promotion.
Requirements
- Currently studying business, HR, learning design, communication, digital, or a related subject and seeking a 6-month internship.
- Daily use of AI tools and experience building an AI agent, automation, website, game, or similar project.
- Strong content creation and visual design skills, with the ability to make learning clear, engaging, and interactive.
- Autonomous, organised, curious, fast-moving, and comfortable collaborating across the company.
- Fluent French and professional working English are both essential.
Nice to have
- Experience with an LMS such as 360Learning or with learning design.
- Experience with website builders, custom GPTs, AI agents, or automation tools.
- Interest in finance, SaaS, or fintech.
