What you will do

• Design and implement predictive and forecasting models for operational and strategic metrics.
• Conduct large-scale data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate to build and evolve core optimization models (MILP) to improve precision, efficiency, and scalability.
• Operate independently on complex analytical tasks and mentor junior analysts.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.
• Expertise in forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Must reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gurobi.
• Experience with healthcare or operational analytics.
• Knowledge of survey data transformation and workflow analysis.
• Expertise in machine learning.
