What you will do

  • Serve as the Creative Lead on key work streams, owning the strategy playbook, creative platform, and activation plans.
  • Manage and provide oversight to Creatives and Strategists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work for clients.
  • Develop and pitch high-impact decks with elevated copy and design to VPs and CMOs.
  • Lead new RFPs in close collaboration with Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients to define brand visions and roadmaps for their partnerships.
  • Manage the entire creative lifecycle from initial brief through to final production and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative or strategy roles, preferably within agencies, brands, or tech.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sport, music, or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to build comprehensive strategy decks including copy, flow, and design.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides for design and layout.
