What you will do
- Design and implement flexible gameplay systems for a multiplayer open-world game.
- Collaborate with game designers to prototype and iterate over various game mechanics.
- Build data-driven systems that are easily configurable and testable by designers and modders.
- Test, debug, and optimize code to ensure high quality standards.
- Maintain code quality through mentoring and the code review process.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to implement core game features.
Requirements
- 6+ years of general game development experience.
- 4+ years of experience specifically focused on gameplay.
- 4+ years of experience using Unity3D.
- Proficiency in C#, OOP, and design patterns.
- Expertise in 3C, AI, or open-world mechanics.
- Experience shipping at least one game on PC and/or consoles.
