What you will do

• Configure and maintain SAP VIM components including invoice capture, workflow, and exception handling.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP FI/MM integration.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define user stories and validate acceptance criteria.
• Provide expert-level support for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Ensure system compliance with corporate finance policies and audit requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, or Moldova.
• English: Business fluent required.
• Strong expertise in SAP VIM configuration and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (Accounts Payable) and SAP MM (Procurement) integration.
• Experience with OCR, document management systems, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of P2P process flows and Agile delivery methods.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Russian.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
