What you will do

• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with global SMM strategy and marketing goals.
• Localize content and event calendars to match local market features and celebrations.
• Create high-engagement posts, memes, stories, and reels following the established tone of voice.
• Prepare detailed briefs and tasks for designers within Jira to ensure visual alignment.
• Collaborate with the team on cross-geo campaigns and market-specific localizations.
• Monitor sports trends, football news, and cultural memes to keep content relevant.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM and 2+ years in content creation (copywriting, news, memes).
• Deep understanding of sports and football, including teams, players, and tournaments.
• Strong grasp of internet trends, meme culture, and visual aesthetics (typography, color, composition).
• Location: Must be based in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine.
• Strong self-management skills, including prioritization and discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience working with iGaming, betting, or casino projects.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop or Figma.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for content creation.
