Senior Content Strategist (AI): Leading and scaling North America content strategy and storytelling efforts within an agentic AI-enabled marketing model with an accent on high-impact narratives and scalable content workflows. Focus on driving demand generation, strengthening brand positioning, and orchestrating cross-functional content initiatives across global teams.

Location: Hybrid (Campinas or São Paulo, Brazil)

What you will do

  • Define and lead the North America content strategy aligned with business priorities and GTM initiatives.
  • Develop and manage integrated content roadmaps across campaigns, ABM programs, and thought leadership.
  • Leverage agentic AI tools to accelerate content research, drafting, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Shape executive-level narratives and translate complex technical topics into compelling business storytelling.
  • Partner with PR, sales, and leadership teams to surface transformation stories and differentiated perspectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks and quality standards for AI-assisted content creation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, editorial leadership, or related marketing roles.
  • Exceptional English proficiency in writing, editing, and executive storytelling.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows for content strategy and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM/ABX, and sales enablement.
  • Experience working across cross-cultural teams, specifically Brazil and North America.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-relevant narratives.
