What you will do

• Lead the delivery of cross-functional Game Security initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project plans, risks, and milestones.
• Drive clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Champion Agile practices to improve team effectiveness and delivery processes.
• Support planning and forecasting across the Game Security portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or cross-functional coordination.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical or operational projects.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
• Strong skills in Agile leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Experience in Game Security, cybersecurity, fraud, or Trust & Safety.
• Background in live service or online games.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Lean, DevOps, and delivery metrics.
