What you will do

• Own global sourcing strategies for search/SEO, CRM activation, and emerging AI-native generative search environments.
• Manage complex multi-tier supplier ecosystems, including media agencies, publishers, and AI tooling providers.
• Translate AI trends in the advertising ecosystem into procurement intelligence to improve media effectiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with IT and data teams to assess build vs. buy decisions for martech and AI capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end RFP and RFI processes aligned with strategic and commercial priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in agency performance and optimize ROI for media investments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in media/marketing procurement or industry roles (media agency, auditing, digital marketing).
• Deep expertise in digital media ecosystems, including search, performance marketing, retail media, and adtech.
• Proven experience running global or regional sourcing initiatives and RFPs within complex matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation capabilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior marketing and digital leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with retail media networks.
• Familiarity with content production and influencer marketing.
• Understanding of AI applications in marketing and media optimization.
• Proficiency in French.
