What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for dealer-focused CRM and next-generation lead-management capabilities.
• Implement AI-powered routing, scoring, and nurture workflows to lift dealer conversion rates.
• Lead cross-functional squads to embed generative-AI chat experiences and autonomous agents into product touch-points.
• Map and evolve the event-driven data layer, APIs, and pub/sub messaging for real-time automation.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and strategy.
• Define and achieve target KPIs including speed-to-lead, AI-qualified-lead rate, and NPS.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years leading CRM, marketing automation, or AI-driven workflow products.
• Proven success launching AI or machine-learning features like conversational interfaces or predictive scoring.
• Fluency with low-code orchestration, event-streaming architectures, and API-first integration patterns.
• Experience with A/B testing, BI tools, and product-analytics dashboards.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Aha!, Figma, Miro, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience instrumenting LLMs via Python or TypeScript.
