What you will do
- Serve as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure successful delivery.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide clear status reporting and delivery updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
- Experience working with distributed technical teams.
- Understanding of integration-heavy systems and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry.
- Understanding of hospitality platforms, PMS integrations, or ARI flows.
- Experience with high-load, event-driven systems.
