What you will do

• Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies including PI Planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and demos.
• Manage and prioritize work through the backlog to ensure visibility and follow-through on team commitments.
• Coordinate across organizations to promote Agile quality practices and standardize delivery execution.
• Track team progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating impediments where necessary.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery focus.
• Utilize metrics and team insights to drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile leadership.
• Expertise in the SAFe framework is required.
• Proven experience with large-scale software development and data management projects.
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe Certified Scrum Master or comparable certification.
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Proficiency with project and configuration management tools such as Jira and GitHub.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
