What you will do

• Conduct home visits to provide a diverse array of preventative care and diagnostic services.
• Perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and diabetic foot/retina screenings.
• Manage sample labeling and coordinate timely drop-offs to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
• Navigate to multiple patient homes daily using modern scheduling and coordination technology.
• Establish compassionate and professional connections with a diverse range of patients.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Newberry, FL and have reliable transportation (own vehicle).
• State required licensure and/or proof of training as a Nurse, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass national background and DMV checks.
• Proof of vaccination/immunity for COVID (including booster), MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, and TDaP.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in venipuncture.
• Comfortability working autonomously in a fast-paced, revolutionary environment.
