Compensation: $100–$450 per case

What you will do

• Perform independent remote case reviews to evaluate medical necessity, appropriateness, and quality of care.
• Provide evidence-based assessments and written determinations following clinical guidelines.
• Support various case types, including utilization reviews, appeals, hearings, and standard of care concerns.
• Uphold high standards of clinical integrity, neutrality, and objectivity.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license/certification.
• Board certification in the specialty by an ABMS or AOA-recognized board.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in hematology.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients an average of at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong written communication skills and strict attention to detail.
