What you will do
- Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
- Resolve and escalate technical issues to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Manage support cases by collecting customer data and recording it in the CRM.
- Interact with other departments to escalate customer feedback and product issues.
Requirements
- English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required
- Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Stress-resistance and ability to multitask in a professional environment.
- Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid format from the Kyiv office
