What you will do

  • Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
  • Resolve and escalate technical issues to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Manage support cases by collecting customer data and recording it in the CRM.
  • Interact with other departments to escalate customer feedback and product issues.

Requirements

  • English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required
  • Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Stress-resistance and ability to multitask in a professional environment.
  • Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid format from the Kyiv office
