What you will do

• Handle customer requests via tickets and potential phone support in English and French.
• Investigate and resolve player issues using internal tools and knowledge bases.
• Track, document, and follow up on cases until full resolution is achieved.
• Escalate complex or technical cases to the relevant internal teams.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes and templates.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Must be based in Lviv, Ukraine.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize cases effectively.
• Strong focus on quality and service consistency.
• Experience in customer care or player support is preferred.
