Location: Must be based in Ukraine and available for evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours (Mon–Fri 4:00 pm – 3:00 am).

What you will do
- Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share.
- Configure accounts, call flows, and devices with high attention to detail.
- Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
- Deliver training on product features and usage to new users.
- Collaborate with AI-driven onboarding systems by handling escalations and providing insights for improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Product Support, and CRM teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- English: Proficient written and verbal communication required.
- Availability: Must work evening/night shifts (Mon–Fri 4:00 pm – 3:00 am U.S. time).
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and active listening skills.
- Basic technical aptitude in software support, device setup, and networking fundamentals.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with VoIP systems.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools, automation, or prompt-based systems.
