What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end Topline P&L budgeting and forecasting processes using Pigment and Tableau.
  • Build analytical frameworks to surface revenue performance insights by segment and product line.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams on headcount planning and spend vs. forecast tracking.
  • Collaborate with Field Finance and Finance Operations to enrich topline analysis and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Standardize FP&A processes and streamline documentation to foster operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company or Big 4 consulting firm.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and French.
