Compensation: $190,000 – $215,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and build agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows.
• Own complex, end-to-end workstreams for major customer onboardings.
• Ship production code daily while pushing boundaries of AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and financial audit subject matter experts.
• Shape technical direction regarding agentic systems and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the team's growth and hiring process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with a bias toward action.
• Experience leading projects and driving technical decisions.
• Curiosity about AI and agentic systems with practical experience using AI coding tools.
• Ability to quickly internalize complex domain concepts like financial auditing.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance.
• Prior work building AI or agent-driven product experiences.
• Familiarity with the stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
