What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of AI Assist across the CXone platform.
• Lead and align teams responsible for the agent building experience, traces, and the LLM platform.
• Define the capabilities of an in-product copilot to ensure it effectively changes platform usage across various personas.
• Partner with engineering and design as a technical peer to prototype AI-driven ideas using modern tooling.
• Set the standard for product craft on the team, improving how problems are framed and PRDs are written.

Requirements

• Current experience as a Lead PM in the conversational AI or LLM-enabled products space.
• Deep understanding of LLM-native vs. intent-based design, agent evaluations, RAG, and prompting.
• Hands-on ability to prototype ideas and engage in architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS environments (multi-tenant, configurable, integration-heavy).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with distributed, international teams.
