What you will do

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of approximately 5 Solution Engineers and the Proof-of-Value function.
• Design and optimize implementation systems, capacity planning, and quality controls to ensure predictable customer onboarding.
• Drive technical presales activities, aligning with Account Executives on scope and technical commitments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate manual workflows and improve technical scalability.
• Act as the senior technical face for customer escalations with Heads of Procurement and IT.
• Integrate AI tools into team operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demanding project environments such as software implementation, technical program management, or top-tier consulting.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Native or C1 German proficiency and fluent English.
• Strong technical fluency in data structures, ERP systems, and pipeline architecture.
• Proven ability to build and improve systems for rapid customer implementation.
• Senior presence with the ability to manage C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python skills and experience with data pipelines.
• ERP expertise, specifically with SAP.
• Experience working with the German industrial Mittelstand.
