What you will do

• Define, create, and execute end-to-end test scripts, including SIT, UAT, and PPD.
• Ensure functional validation and business acceptance of all developments.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and change requests.
• Produce technical and functional process maps and conduct gap analysis for new markets.
• Manage risks and issues associated with the testing component.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities and backlogs.

Requirements

• Experience in functional testing specifically within Guidewire environments.
• Background in digital transformation or insurance/travel claims.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in squad structures.
• Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between Business and IT teams.
• Proficiency in functional documentation and process flow creation.
• Analytical mindset oriented towards problem-solving in an international context.
