What you will do

• Initiate, manage, and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to ensure process integrity.
• Perform daily internal audits to identify and correct process non-conformances.
• Conduct in-depth quality checks using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors to ensure product compliance and resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using the 8D approach.
• Update customer issue responses within the internal portal and NCR system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Pelzer, SC.
• 2-5 years of experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or tape measures.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability using 8D/NCR methodology.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Quality-related certifications such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience as a trained Internal Auditor for ISO standards.
