What you will do

• Estimate, design, and develop comprehensive test cases, including both manual and automated testing.
• Lead the development of various test suites and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.
• Anticipate coverage needs for automation tools and frameworks and proactively provide solutions.
• Participate in planning sessions, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing strategy and CI/CD delivery models.
• Ensure systems are testable from the outset by actively participating in design discussions.
• Support recruiting efforts by evaluating homework assignments and assisting with interviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of progressive experience in relevant technologies
• Moderate knowledge of testing methodologies
• Understanding of roles within the team and how individual work impacts business goals
