What you will do

• Verify received materials conform to specifications using visual and measurement tests.
• Reject and control non-conforming materials to prevent assembly into final products.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure quality.
• Operate and program CMM equipment for precise part inspection.
• Maintain accurate records and dispositioning of materials within SAP.

Requirements

• High school diploma and minimum 6 years of quality control experience required.
• Must be a local candidate to Somerset, NJ.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Ability to use computer-based systems including SAP, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015.
