What you will do

• Prepare autonomous payroll accounting, including mini-jobs, students, temporary workers, and interns.
• Maintain master and transaction data and handle time recording and certification.
• Create payroll statistics and evaluations.
• Clarify payroll tax and social security issues.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, health insurance companies, and social security agencies.
• Manage the year-end process and resolve resulting queries.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification.
• Initial practical experience in payroll accounting and using common accounting systems.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience or knowledge of wage tax and social security law is preferred.
• Written and spoken English is desirable.
