People Transformation Specialist (HR): Driving business readiness and adoption of new ways of working within an AI-enabled environment with an accent on training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, Bristol, Manchester, or Birmingham (UK); 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

What you will do
- Translate change needs into clear, actionable initiatives as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and review of people transformation initiatives aligned to the UK Business Operating Plan.
- Collaborate across multiple projects and workstreams to build cross-functional capability.
- Drive a strong customer service culture, owning issues through to resolution and identifying improvements.
- Provide expert advice to enhance organisational, team, and individual effectiveness.
- Analyse data and leverage AI to deliver insights, build cases for change, and assess colleague impacts.
Requirements
- Ability to translate project briefs into clear, practical delivery plans.
- Strong delivery discipline, managing work to deadlines and budgets while mitigating risks.
- Highly effective at managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels and functions.
- Confidence in handling complex situations and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to London, Bristol, Manchester, or Birmingham.

- Strong commercial thinking and analytical capability to assess financial risks and people impacts.
- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering and cultural initiatives.
