What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement KPIs, metrics, and data logic.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure performant data retrieval.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies to ensure reliability.
• Support improvements to the reporting layer and overall data modeling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced SQL skills and deep knowledge of data modeling and warehousing.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher required.
• Location: Based in Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare, finance, or the public sector.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance-related reporting.
