TL;DR

Data Analyst (Fintech): Developing data solutions and executive reporting for a strategic financial program with an accent on SQL, PowerBI, and data modeling. Focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reporting processes.

Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź), requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

Salary: 500 - 900 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Transform raw data from sources like Excel into structured SQL data models.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive reports using PowerBI.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
• Document data solutions and internal processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic projects.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, including data modeling.
• Understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts.
• Experience with PowerBI visualization and data modeling.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial sector projects.
