What you will do

• Manage end-to-end B2B funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion performance.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting infrastructure and attribution frameworks.
• Lead CRO and A/B testing initiatives to enhance landing page performance and user engagement.
• Support forecasting and strategic planning through analysis of pipeline dynamics and lead quality.
• Collaborate with BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to improve funnel visibility and revenue impact.
• Prepare performance reviews highlighting key insights, trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Russian: B2+ proficiency required
• English: B1–B2 proficiency required
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or digital analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking implementation.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution methodologies, and ROI modeling.

Nice to have

• University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
• Experience in large international B2B technology companies.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering and data pipelines.
