hirify.global is building a leading operating system for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to manage billing, operations, and automation.

What you will do

• Translate solution designs and customer requirements into end-to-end workflows using hirify.global’s workflow builder.
• Implement orchestration logic, including conditions, retries, fallbacks, and parallelism to handle edge cases.
• Develop reusable workflow patterns and templates to ensure scalability across customers and vendors.
• Write TypeScript code for data transformations, validations, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot production workflow runs using logs and metrics, improving systems based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and Engineering to influence the Workflow Builder’s roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Network Engineer within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Strong software development fundamentals, with mandatory proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Ability to convert ambiguous customer requirements into clear, testable, and supportable implementations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing automation or orchestration systems (workflow engines, DAGs, integration pipelines).
• Experience in telecom or OSS/BSS domains.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in ReactJS.
