What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI models, including data pipelines and training workflows.
• Maintain and evolve AI systems in production, monitoring for drift and optimizing for reliability and scalability.
• Develop agentic systems and RAG pipelines, focusing on chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to align AI capabilities with broader business goals.
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers to raise the engineering bar.
• Utilize AI-forward coding tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience focused on production AI/ML systems and hands-on generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and in-depth knowledge of AWS GenAI offerings.
• Experience with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and LLM observability/evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Must be based in the United States.
