What you will do

• Build and operationalize Generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI agents in production environments.
• Design AI-assisted engineering solutions to improve software development lifecycle efficiency and quality.
• Support technical discovery, architecture definition, and technical decision-making across strategic projects.
• Mentor client engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of modern AI solutions and engineering practices.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches before scaling implementations.
• Collaborate with engagement managers and stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases in production.
• Proficiency in integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed systems/microservices architecture.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in consulting environments or embedded client delivery models.
• Knowledge of observability, security, and performance for AI systems in production.
