What you will do

• Own onboarding and execution workflows to scale operational capacity.
• Create and maintain operational infrastructure including playbooks, trackers, and launch checklists.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between Product, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
• Track launch readiness and identify operational blockers for new partners.
• Monitor post-launch operational performance for payment rails.
• Improve internal tooling and processes to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proven track record in project coordination and operational execution.
• Strong ability to drive execution across diverse internal teams.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to integrate AI tools and automation into daily operations.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.
