TL;DR

Solution Architect/Tech Lead (Node.js/React): Designing and implementing robust, scalable cloud solutions for FinTech and EdTech clients with an accent on pre-sales activities, architectural definition, and team leadership. Focus on conducting discovery phases, optimizing development processes via R&D and POCs, and driving projects from inception to completion.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or hybrid/onsite in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw

What you will do

  • Manage pre-sales activities, including NFR elicitation, solution architecture definition, estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Lead discovery phases, R&D activities, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Drive the code review process and provide mentorship to development teams.
  • Analyze and recommend external libraries and tools to accelerate the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical interviews for external candidates.
  • Perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and emergency code improvements on active projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with Node.js (Nest.js) and React for building scalable applications.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing development teams.
  • Strong architectural skills with professional experience using AWS or other cloud providers.
  • Domain experience in FinTech or EdTech.
  • English: Upper Intermediate Strong (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, PHP, or .Net.
  • Experience working in a competence or SDO office.
  • Experience providing solution audit services.
