What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable integration architectures connecting Moveworks and ServiceNow with enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, solution standards, and hands-on guidance to development teams.
- Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures.
- Partner with IT operations and business stakeholders to define use cases and drive adoption of conversational AI.
- Ensure consistent design principles while balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for complex technical communication.
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise IT solutions integrating multiple platforms with ServiceNow.
- Strong background in ITSM platforms, workflows, and service automation.
- Solid understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integration patterns.
- Experience with identity management, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Enterprise Virtual Assistant solutions like Moveworks, Aisera, or Expressive.
- Knowledge of Contact Center Software (Five9, AWS Connect, MS Dynamics, Genesys).
- Relevant certifications such as The Open Group Master Certified Architect or cloud/AI/ML credentials.
