What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair gaming equipment at the component and assembly level using diagnostic tools.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of gaming platforms including Bally, WMS, and Scientific Games.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including preventive maintenance and system optimization.
• Coordinate and supervise installation projects and technicians within the assigned region.
• Train customers and junior technicians on diagnostics, system operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal production and engineering teams to resolve technical escalations.

Requirements

• College-level electronics training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience repairing electronic gaming devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (56 kg).
• Availability for on-call rotations (evenings/weekends) and travel up to 30% within the region.
